Nextgen Mentorship Hub is an aviation mentorship program in Nairobi, Kenya, inspiring young people aged 5–17 to pursue pilot careers and other paths across the aviation industry — turning aviation dreams into a real pathway.
Nextgen Mentorship Hub is dedicated to being a friendly, inviting platform for students and aviation enthusiasts interested in aviation-related fields such as piloting, engineering, cabin crew and flight dispatch. We introduce children to aviation early, offering guidance, mentorship and real, practical exposure.
At the core of the program is ground instruction in preparation for the KCAA Private Pilot Knowledge Test, alongside preparation for flight training using flight simulation software. It is a genuine Journey of Discovery into the world of aviation — building confidence, skill and curiosity in every young aviator.
